We went to look for the best location for us to film our mini brief. We kept the conventions of romance in mind, and we were looking for somewhere with warm lighting in order to give the impression of somewhere cosy and romantic. We managed to find a large room with pink blinds that gave the room a very warm tone. The openness of the room also meant we had enough space for the characters to move around in and for the audience to feel as though the couple are in a welcoming and open space.
